The first phase of the development is scheduled for delivery in 2026, specifically targeting the demand for AI-optimized colocation and hyperscale infrastructure. The campus features high-density power configurations and is designed to support liquid-cooled GPU clusters. This project is a key part of DC BLOX’s expansion into the Atlanta market, providing regional enterprises and global cloud providers with the resilient, high-capacity infrastructure required for modern AI model deployment and high-throughput inference.
