CloudHQ — Querétaro AI Mega Campus
Querétaro, Mexico
CloudHQ’s “Mexico Plan” is a massive six-building campus in Querétaro, set to be the largest data center development in the country with a total potential capacity of 900 MW. Phase 1, providing 200 MW of capacity, is currently under construction with a $600 million initial investment. The facility is specifically designed for hyperscale and AI workloads, featuring advanced liquid cooling systems and high-density power configurations. Due to regional grid constraints, the campus includes significant private power infrastructure. This project positions Querétaro as the primary digital gateway for Mexico, attracting global AI developers and cloud providers requiring large-scale, resilient infrastructure.
