The current dataset does not yet expose every milestone separately on public pages. Until announced year, construction year, and operational year are fully populated across the index, the year taxonomy uses the best single public timeline year per facility. That still creates a useful public lens on acceleration, but it should be read as a conservative timeline surface rather than a complete event feed.
