The YTL-NVIDIA AI Cloud in Johor is a landmark 500 MW hyperscale project designed to anchor Malaysia’s position as a global AI hub. Powered by NVIDIA GB200 Grace Blackwell GPUs, the facility is one of the world’s most advanced AI training clusters. The campus is integrated with a dedicated 500 MW solar plant, ensuring 100% renewable operations. Phase 1 was completed in late 2025, with full capacity expected by 2027. This $4.3 billion initiative provides sovereign AI infrastructure for Malaysian government and enterprise use, while also serving as a primary regional hub for global AI R&D and high-performance computing.
