Stock Farm Road 3 GW AI Data Center (South Korea)

Stock Farm Road, Inc. signed an early-2025 memorandum of understanding with Jeollanam-do authorities to build a 3 GW AI compute campus, one of the most ambitious proposals in the global pipeline. The multiyear project could require up to $35 billion of investment to outfit the South Jeolla site with cutting-edge liquid cooling, resilient grid interconnections, and modular buildings sized for massive GPU clusters. Backed by tech investors Brian Koo and Dr. Amin Badr-El-Din, the venture targets a late-2025 construction start and staged delivery through 2028 to create a “digital industrial revolution” hub for Korea’s emerging AI economy.
