Khazna QAJ1 is the region’s first dedicated AI-optimized data center, located in Ajman, UAE. With a total capacity of 100 MW, the facility is specifically engineered for high-density AI training and inference workloads. The project is scheduled for completion of its initial phase in late 2026. Built to LEED Gold standards, QAJ1 utilizes adiabatic free cooling technology to achieve high energy efficiency in the Gulf’s desert climate. It serves as a critical expansion of Khazna’s AI-ready footprint, supporting the UAE’s National Digital Economy Strategy and providing scalable capacity for regional AI startups and global tech firms.
