Digital Realty entered the Malaysian market in early 2026 through the acquisition and expansion of a data center facility in Cyberjaya. The campus currently operates an initial phase (TelcoHub 1) and includes adjacent land for an additional 14-megawatt (MW) hyperscale development. This site is strategically located in Malaysia’s premier tech hub, Cyberjaya, and is designed to meet the growing demand for low-latency AI and cloud interconnection services as Malaysia positions itself as a regional data center hub for Southeast Asia.
