This expansion is centered in Montreal and Quebec City, with the completion of the 30MW QC61 facility in Baie-D’Urfe (Montreal) in January 2026 and the ongoing development of the 86MW QC2 campus in Quebec City.
The Quebec sites are specifically positioned as high-density hubs for AI and cloud workloads, leveraging nearly 100% renewable hydroelectric power from Hydro-Québec. The facilities are designed to LEED Gold standards and provide the massive power envelopes required for modern GPU clusters and foundation model training. Total cumulative investment in the Quebec region has reached approximately $2.5 billion CAD, cementing Vantage’s position as a leading provider of sustainable digital infrastructure in Canada.
