True Internet DC — Thailand AI Campus

True Internet Data Center is developing a 223 MW hyperscale campus across three sites in Chonburi and Samut Prakan. Representing a $1.4 billion investment, the facility is specifically designed for AI-ready workloads and high-performance cloud services. The project was approved by the Thailand Board of Investment (BOI) in early 2026 as part of a national push to establish Thailand as a regional AI hub. The campus features advanced cooling technologies and high-density power configurations to handle modern GPU clusters. This expansion leverages the Eastern Economic Corridor’s (EEC) infrastructure and tax incentives, providing the scale required for localized AI model training and real-time inference.
