NSCC ASPIRE-2A Supercomputer (Singapore)

ASPIRE-2A is NSCC Singapore’s flagship supercomputing system, brought online in 2022 to triple the nation’s compute capacity versus its predecessor. The platform initially deployed 352 NVIDIA A100 GPUs and has since expanded with NVIDIA H100 nodes, boosting performance to around 20 petaflops for mixed AI/HPC workloads. Featuring warm-water and planned immersion cooling that target a power usage effectiveness near 1.1, the system supports academia, government, and enterprise users while Singapore invests a further S$270 million toward the next-generation successor due mid-decade.
