eStruxture's CAL-3 Hyperscale Data Center (Calgary)

In October 2024, Montreal-based eStruxture Data Centres announced plans for CAL-3, a 90 MW hyperscale data center north of Calgary in Rocky View County. Slated to go live in the second half of 2026, CAL-3 will be Alberta’s largest and most advanced data center, delivering 90 MW of capacity and up to 300,000 square feet of high-density computing space. This facility underscores Alberta’s emergence as a growing hub for AI infrastructure, leveraging the province’s scalable natural gas power supply and cold climate for efficient cooling.
