Elea — Rio AI City

Elea Data Centers’ “Rio AI City” is a massive 1.5 GW hyperscale project located in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Construction of the first four buildings is underway as of 2026, with the facility specifically engineered to host high-density AI compute clusters. The campus is a central part of Elea’s strategy to expand its Brazilian footprint by 250 MW in the near term to meet the projected 2030 demand.
