Project Sail is a 900 MW hyperscale data center campus planned for Coweta County, Georgia. Developed by Atlas Development in partnership with Prologis, the project consists of 13 massive buildings specifically designed for AI-ready workloads. The campus is part of a wave of gigawatt-scale developments in Georgia’s “Silicon Orchard” region, aimed at providing the high-density power required for next-generation GPU clusters. The project is currently in the rezoning and review phase, with plans to integrate advanced energy management systems and sustainable cooling technologies to handle the extreme power requirements of large-scale AI training and inference.
