NTT and Neysa Networks have signed a memorandum of understanding with Telangana’s government to deliver a 400 megawatt AI data center cluster in Hyderabad. The campus is expected to host around 25,000 GPUs for large-scale training and cloud services, supported by state-facilitated land and a mix of grid power and new renewable additions. Planning work begins in 2025 as Telangana positions itself as one of India’s largest AI infrastructure hubs.
