Announced in January 2026, the DAMAC Laguna facility is set to be the Philippines’ largest data center, with a total capacity of 250 MW. Developed by Dubai-based DAMAC Digital, the campus is designed specifically for AI-ready hyperscale workloads, featuring advanced liquid cooling systems and high-density power configurations. This $3 billion investment positions the Philippines as a primary regional alternative to traditional data center hubs like Singapore, leveraging the country’s improved subsea cable connectivity and growing digital economy.
